About Us
Partnership with Investors to explore Brazil Renewables
Since its founding in 2014, SIX has co-invested, developed and structured GWs of renewable energy projects in Brazil, mostly on solar and wind.
SIX specializes in acting through a multidisciplinary approach on renewable energy assets, focusing on all areas needed for a project to succeed – technical, finance, regulatory, business, comercial, etc.
SIX takes principal positions through a partnership model with investors to explore the Brazilian market.
We align our interests with our partners as we have an asset ownership mindset and share risks with our investors through compensation weighted on success, mainly through minority equity stake or % of profits.
Along with investor partners, we lead opportunities origination, full project development, PPAs origination and closing, capital structuring and EPC set-up. We also act as M&A for our investors partners, managing the whole process until closing.
The company differentiates for its team deep local market knowledge and networking, ~15 years track-record in brazil and by acting through an investor view, always focusing on optimizing assets risk/return profile.

Through a partnership with an European energy company, SIX managed the full project development, structuring, PPA award (federal auction winning) and capital raising for a 65 MW solar project in northeast Brazil.
Asset in currently in operation, with above-market IRR.
30 MW Solar

Project: 30 MW Solar Project
SIX Scope: Origination + M&A
PPA: Auction winning LER federal auction
Through a partnership with a Brazilian investment company, SIX originates the investment opportunity on a 30 MW project ready-to-build with PPA and co-managed the M&A for its acquisition by the partner.

Project: 8 MW Solar Portfolio of DG remote plants
SIX Scope: Co-Development + PPA + Capital Raising
PPA: with a large AAA company in Brazil
Through a partnership with local developer and investment fund, SIX co-managed the development, structuring and PPA of a 8MW solar portfolio of GD remote plants located in 3 states in Brazil. PPA signed with a large AAA company.
SIX also managed the capital raising for the projects construction.
Assest are currently in operation, with optmized risk/return profile.

Project: 2 GW of Solar Portfolio
SIX Scope: M&A + Development + PPA
Through a partnership with na European energy company, SIX leads the origination and M&A for the acquisition of 2GW under development solar projects in northeast Brazil.
SIX will also finalize the development and structuring of the projects and originating/closing PPAs

Through a partnership with local developer and energy investor, SIX co-managed the development and structuring of a 140MW solar project in northeast Brazil.
SIX also managed the M&A for project sale to an European energy company.
Project is reaching ready-to-build status and PPA under signature.
20 MW Solar DG

Project: 20 MW Solar Portfolio of DG remote plants
SIX Scope: Full Development + M&A
With its own capital, SIX managed the full project development and structuring of a 20MW solar portfolio of GD projects in southeast Brazil.
SIX also managed the M&A for the projects sale to a local energy company.
